On 9/13/2023, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners INTRODUCED the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2023-1624
TITLE: Ordinance 2023-1624, adopting a Zoning Map Amendment for the Dangberg Home Ranch Historic Park, within the Agricultural Community Plan. The amendment changes the zoning from A-19 (Agricultural 19-acre) to PF (Public Facilities). (Zoning Map Amendment Application DP 23-0095.)
SUMMARY: Ordinance Number 2023-1624, an ordinance for a Zoning Map Amendment for the Dangberg Home Ranch Historic Park, changing the zoning from A-19 (Agricultural 19-acre) to PF (Public Facilities). The subject parcel is 5.5 acres and is located at 1450 Highway 88 in the Agricultural Community Plan. (APN 1319-36-000-005)
The 2nd Reading of this Ordinance will be held on 10/5/2023. A copy of this ordinance is on file in the Clerk’s Office for public review
