On 10/5/2023, the Douglas County Board of
Commissioners ADOPTED the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2023-1624
TITLE: Ordinance 2023-1624, adopting a Zoning Map Amendment for the Dangberg Home Ranch Historic Park, within the Agricultural Community Plan. The amendment changes the zoning from A-19 (Agricultural 19- acre) to PF (Public Facilities). (Zoning Map
Amendment Application DP 23-0095.)
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect on October 19, 2023 and was adopted by the following vote: AYE: Mark Gardner, Wes Rice, Walt Nowosad, Danny Tarkanian, Sharla Hales
