Notice is hereby given that Karyn Rae Barnes has been appointed and qualified by the Ninth Judicial District Court on September 25, 2023, as Executor of the estate of KATHRYN LEE SMITH, deceased. All creditors having claims against the estate are required to file the claims with the Clerk of the Court within 90 days after the mailing or the first publication (as the case may be) of this Notice.
