NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KARYN RAE BARNES has filed in this court a Petition for Probate of Estate and For Issuance of Letters Testamentary of the estate of KATHRYN LEE SMITH, deceased, and a hearing has been set for the 25th day of September, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. at the courthouse of the above-entitled court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.
