NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned represents RANDAL S. KUCKENMEISTER, CPA, the currently acting Trustee of the DL BUSCH TRUST. That DIXIE LEE BUSCH was the Grantor and original Trustee of said Trust. That DIXIE LEE BUSCH died on October 28, 2023. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of DIXIE LEE BUSCH must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustee within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
