NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner Patricia Pocelli has filed in this court a Personal Representative’s Verified Petition for Order Correcting Certificate of Ownership of Home and has set the matter for a hearing on the 11th day of December, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. at the courthouse of the above-entitled court.
All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted. The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
