NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Joseph
Michael Mary Bennett Jr., has been appointed
and qualified by the above-entitled Court on
May 8th, 2023, as Administrator of the Estate
of JOSEPH MICHAEL MARY BENNETT,
deceased. All creditors having claims against
the Estate are required to file their claims, with
supporting documentation attached, with the
Clerk of the Court, at the Douglas County
Courthouse, 1038 Buckeye Road, Post Office
Box 218, Minden, Nevada 89423, within
ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first
publication
of this Notice.
