NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CHAD M. HUSTON, has filed in this Court a VERIFIED PETITION TO SET ASIDE ESTATE WITHOUT ADMINISTRATION OF THE ESTATE OF GAIL E. LOBOSCO, and a hearing has been set for the 20th day of June, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. in Department No. I, at the courthouse of the above-entitled court located at 1038 Buckeye Road, Minden, Nevada, County of Douglas. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted.
