A meeting of the Douglas County Planning Commission will be held on April 11, 2023 at 1:00 pm, in the Douglas County Commissioner Meeting Room at the Historic Courthouse, 1616 Eighth Street, Minden. The Planning Commission reserves the right to: take items in a different order; combine two or more agenda items for consideration; remove items from the agenda; and/or delay discussions relating to an item on the agenda at any time.

For possible action. Discussion on a request for a Major Variance (ref: DP 23-0013) to reduce the required 20-foot rear yard setback to a 9-foot 6-inch setback for a proposed single-family dwelling (rebuild) located at 209 Lyons Avenue in the R-063 zoning district in the Tahoe Planning Area.
