NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned
is the duly appointed and qualified
co-trustee of the Alan Brian Mortimer And
Kathryn Mortimer 1996 Family Trust dated
February 27, 1996, the surviving settler
of that trust, Alan Brian Mortimer, died on
November 5, 2022. A creditor having a claim
against the settlor and against the trust estate
must file a claim with the undersigned at the
address given below within 90 days after the
first publication of this notice.
