Notice is hereby given by and through Charles S. Zumpft, of Minden Lawyers, LLC, attorneys for Lisa Zumpft Killen the duly appointed and qualified successor trustee of The Charles W. Zumpft and Karen M. Zumpft Family Trust dated April 9, 2007 that Grantor Charles W. Zumpft passed away on December 4, 2023. A creditor having a claim against Charles W. Zumpft or The Charles W. Zumpft and Karen M. Zumpft Family Trust dated April 9, 2007 must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety days after the first publication of this Notice.
