APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92909
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 27th day of July 2023 Topaz Ranch Estates G.I.D. of Wellington, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 1.9595 c.f.s., 873.45 a.f.a. of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 57685. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 NE1/4 Section 15, T10N, R22E, MDB&M or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of Section 14, T10N, R22E, MDB&M bears N 66 degrees 14 minutes 04 seconds E, a distance of 3,287.91 feet (approx. 3 miles East of Holbrook Junction, NV). Water will be used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SE1/4 NE1/4 Section 10, T10N, R22E, MDB&M or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 10 bears N 15 degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds E, a distance of 1,455.01 feet. Water was used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
