Notice is given that Nevada Guardian Services is the Successor Trustee of the Blackburn Trust, dated August 2, 2002. The Grantor of that Trust was Lee Scott Blackburn. Lee Scott Blackburn died on July 18, 2022. At the time of his death, Lee Scott Blackburn’s mailing address was 615 Victoria Way, Minden, NV 89423. The last four (4) digits of Lee Scott Blackburn’s Social Security Number are 4937. A creditor having a claim against Decedent’s Estate must file a claim against the Trust with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
