NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that Sharon Brown Saikali is the Trustee of the James J. Brown and Jo Etta D. Brown 2001 Family Trust, dated July 12, 2001. The Grantor of that Trust was Jo Etta D. Brown. Jo Etta D. Brown died on August 13, 2022. At the time of her death, Jo Etta D. Brown’s mailing address was 1752 Lantana Dr., Minden, Nevada 89423. The last four (4) digits of Jo Etta D. Brown’s Social Security Number are 1738. A creditor having a claim against Decedent’s Estate must file a claim against the Trust with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
