On 9/1/2022, the Douglas Board of Commissioners ADOPTED the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2022-1605
TITLE: Ordinance 2022-1605 amends Ordinance 2022-1596, changing the effective date abolishing the Office of Constable for the East Fork Township and appointment of the Douglas County Sheriff as the ex officio Constable for the East Fork and Tahoe Townships from December 31, 2022, to August 20, 2022, and making the effective date retroactive.
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect on September 15, 2022 and was adopted by the following vote: AYE: Mark Gardner, Wes Rice, John Engels, Walt Nowosad, Danny Tarkanian
