Commissioners, ADOPTED the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2022-1596
TITLE: Ordinance 2022-1596, an ordinance abolishing the Office of Constable for the East Fork Township, appointing the Douglas County Sheriff as the ex officio Constable, and providing for other properly related matters.
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect on December 31, 2022 and was adopted by the following vote: AYE: Wes Rice, Danny Tarkanian, Mark Gardner, John Engels, Walt Nowosad
