for Final Settlement of Account, for Approval
of Fees and Costs and For Decree of Final
Distribution and has set the matter for a hearing 22nd day of August, 2022, at 1:30 p.m.,
in Department II of the Nineth Judicial District
Court in Minden, Nevada.
A copy of said Petition will be mailed
together with this Notice.
The Petition includes a request for approval of total attorney’s fees and costs advanced
and anticipated in the amount of Nine
