NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HERE-
BY GIVEN that MAGDALENA BATTIG has filed a Petition to Admit Will to Probate, For Issuance of Let- ters Testamentary and for Ancillary Summary Administration of the Estate of the Dece- dent, NATHANIEL CARL BATTIG, and has set the matter
for a hearing on 30th day of January, 2023, at 1:30 p.m., in in Department II of the Ninth Judicial District Court in Minden, Nevada.
The Petition requ- ests authority to administer the estate under the Indepen- dent Administration
of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with
the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the Personal Representative will
be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice
or have consented to the proposed action. Independent adminis- tration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be.
The matter will
be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
