Public Hearing

A meeting of the Douglas County Vacation Home Rental (VHR) Advisory

Board will be held December 14, 2022, at 1:00 pm, at the Kahle

Community Center, Rubicon Room, 236 Kingsbury Grade, Stateline,

Nevada.

The VHR Advisory Board reserves the right to take items in a different

order, combine two or more agenda items for consideration, remove

items from the agenda, and/or delay discussions relating to an item on

the agenda at any time. All items designated “for possible action” may

include discussion by the Vacation Home Rental (VHR) Advisory Board

and they may take action to approve, modify, deny, take “no action,” or

continue the item.

The item(s) below will be considered under the Public Hearing portion of

the meeting:

For possible action. Discussion on possible changes to Chapter

20.622 of the Douglas County Code relative to VHRs in the Lake Tahoe

Township.

Public Comment During the Meeting: Members of the public may

attend the meeting in person to participate and offer public comment.

Written Public Comment: To offer public comment before the meeting,

prior to the start of the meeting.
