Public Hearing

A hybrid meeting of the Douglas County Vacation Home Rental (VHR)

Advisory Board will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 1:00 PM,

at the Tahoe Douglas Fire Protection District Station #23, 193 Elks Point

Rd, Zephyr Cove and on Zoom®.

Agenda items may be taken out of order, may be combined for consideration,

or may be removed from the agenda at any time. All items

designated “for possible action” may include discussion by the Vacation

Home Rental (VHR) Advisory Board and they may take action to approve,

modify, deny, take “no action,” or continue the item.

The application(s) below will be considered under the Public Hearing

portion of the meeting. The full agenda and staff report will be posted

with the agenda packet.

For possible action. Discussion on a Special Use Permit application to

obtain a Tier 3 Vacation Home Rental Permit. The subject application is

for a 11 bedroom home, 22 person occupancy, located at 333 Ute Way,

Zephyr Cove, NV. The owner is JR Properties Series LLC and James

Joseph Richter, who currently has a Douglas County issued VHR Permit,

Account No. 08401957 (APN # 1318-15-610-020).

For possible action. Discussion on a Special Use Permit application to

obtain a Tier 3 Vacation Home Rental Permit. The subject application is

for a 7 bedroom home, 14 person occupancy, located at 460 Quaking

Aspen Ln B, Stateline, NV. The owner is Robert J Medeiros & Zager

Trust, Terri Lee Zager, who currently has a Douglas County issued VHR

Permit, Account No. 08400757 (APN # 1319-30-712-005).
