NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that TODD NELSON BAGGETT and BRANDI ALLISON JENSEN are the currently acting Co-Trustees of THE REX T. BAGGETT TRUST. REX T. BAGGETT was the Grantor and original Trustee of said Trust. REX T. BAGGETT died on July 20, 2022, a resident of Douglas County, Nevada. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of REX T. BAGGETT must submit the claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Co-Trustees within ninety (90) days after first publication of this notice.
