NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given that Elizabeth Jones Hall has filed in this court a Petition For Authorization To Administer The Estate Under
The Independent Administration of Estates Act with Full Authority, for Issuance of Letters of Administration. A hearing has been set for
September 19, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. in Department II of the above court. The petition requests authority to administer the Estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain
Court approval for many actions taken in
connection with the Estate. However, before
taking certain actions, the Personal Representatives will be required to give notice to the interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.
