A hybrid meeting of the Douglas County
Administrative Hearing Panel will be held on
Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 2:00 pm.
The meeting will be held at the Minden Inn,
at 1594 Esmeralda Avenue, Room 306, Minden,
NV 89423. The Administrative Hearing
Panel reserves the right to: take items in a
different order; combine two or more agenda
items for consideration; remove items from
the agenda; and/or delay discussions relating
to an item on the agenda at any time.
Douglas County is actively monitoring and
managing the COVID-19 level of risk in our
community by implementing procedures to
minimize contact among individuals and to
slow the spread of COVID-19. In adherence
with Governor Sisolak’s Declaration of Emergency
and Directive 047, participants that
attend the meeting in person will be required
to wear a mask or face covering.

For possible action. Discussion on Land
Division Application DP 21-0227, a Tentative
Parcel Map to divide a 94.25-acre parcel
into four parcels ranging in size from 5.58 to
40.22 acres. The subject parcel is located at
the Eastern terminus of Jacobsen Lane, in
the RA-5 (Rural Agriculture, 5-acre minimum
parcel size) and FR-19 (Forest and Range,
19-acre minimum parcel size) zoning districts
and the Fish Springs Community Plan. The
applicant is Bently Family, LLC (APN 1221-
10-000-011).
