APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 90642
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 11th day of May 2021 Erick Elliott and Cassandra Elliott of Wellington, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.0562 c.f.s., 20.00 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 68740. Water will be diverted from an underground source
at a point located within the SE1/4 SE1/4 Section 22, T10N, R22E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 22 bears S 33 degrees 30 minutes 45.70 seconds E, a distance of 854.2 feet (approx. 3 miles SE of the intersection of Hwy 395 and Hwy 208). Water will be used for irrigation and domestic purposes from January 1st to December
31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 SW1/4 Section 17, T10N, R22E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 17 bears S 56 degrees 53 minutes W, a distance of 1,388 feet. Water was used for irrigation and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
