NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, that on the
9th day of December
2020 Raquel Barth &
Barbara McKeown of
Minden, Nevada made
application to the State
Engineer of Nevada for
permission to change
the place and manner
of use of 3.84 acres,
a portion of water
heretofore appropriated
under Claim 127 of the
Alpine Decree. Water
will be diverted from
the Carson River at
a point located within
the SE1/4 SE1/4 of
Section 23, T12N,
R20E, MDB&M, from
the right bank of
the Allerman Canal
(approx. 4.5 miles SE
of Gardnerville, NV).
Water will be used for
commercial purposes.
Water was used for
decreed purposes.
