Jan. 22, 1953 ~ Feb. 12, 2017
Patricia McGaffin, a long time resident of Carson City, died at Carson Tahoe Hospital on Sunday the 12th of February at the age of 64. She was born in Brooklyn, New York on January 22, 1953.
After graduating college she began a career in corrections and worked in both Arizona and more recently in Carson City, Nevada, where she retired with 20 years service as a caseworker.
Pat had a wonderful spirit, sense of humor, and always championed the underdog. With Pat you always knew which side of an issue she held, as she always said what was on her mind. She had a loving heart and will be missed each and every day.
She is survived by two sons Morgan and Michael; her brothers Larry and Jim; and sisters Susan and Loraine.
A service will be held on Sunday the 19th of February 2017 between 1pm-5pm at The Plaza Hotel, 801 South Carson St.Carson City, NV 89701
