Save Mart Supermarkets, 3620 N. Carson St., 100 points.
Schwan’s Sales Inc., 45 Red Rock Road, 100 points.

Yang’s Kitchen, 111 E. Telegraph St., 98 points. Some foods were not labeled or dated. The walls in the kitchen and food preparation area needed to be cleaned.
Dotty’s, 4320 S. Carson St., 99 points. The garbage dumpster lids were open.
Tomo Sushi & Grill, 135 Clearview Drive, 98 points. A chlorine test kit was missing; the chlorine residual in the disinfectant bucket was too low to register.
Artisan Bakeworks & Cafe, 701 S. Carson St., 95 points. Employee drink cups were found in the food preparation work area.
