Capital Ford General Manager Tim Milligan signs one of two Ford vehicles traveling in the sixth annual Wounded Warriors High Five Tour on Tuesday. The event visits American cities to thank military families for their sacrifices. The tour’s goal is to raise $1 million so wounded military personnel can buy new vehicles.
