Zelma Delphene Watson Freberg

Zelma was born June 11, 1925 in North Platte, Nebraska to Dorothy “Violet” Luce and Fredrick Theodore Watson. Zelma was raised in Nebraska and Colorado. She spent her adult life in Wyoming, California, and Nevada with her final residence in Fallon. She worked many years along side each husband doing ranch work and training horses. Her hobbies were genealogy, sewing, and photography. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. A loving mother and grateful friend. She was preceded in death by husbands Everett James Cline and Clayton Harris Freberg, daughter Norma Ellen Cline, and son James Ellis Cline She died April 1, 2014 at the Banner Churchill Community Hospital in Fallon, Nevada. Zelma is survived by her daughter Carolyn Ione Cline (Ronald Lester) Kirn of Anchorage, Alaska, son Milton Harris (Dee) Freberg of Kiowa, Kansas, sister Leila Theo Watson Miller of Las Vegas, Nevada, 11 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great-great Grandson and numerous nieces and nephews. Arrangements are handled by Smith Family Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held later at the Fallon Cemetery.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Highland Village and the Doctors and Nurses at Banner Churchill Community Hospital for the professional and loving care given to Zelma.
