WNC president Carol Lucey steps down

Western Nevada College Carol Lucey, who has been president of WNC for the last 14 years, is stepping down immediately she said in a statement released today.

“For many reasons, I have decided to step down immediately,” Lucey said in a statement. “Let me just say I will miss working directly with all of you. However, I am now in my 15th year as your president, and I certainly never intended to stay on so long.”
