Grace May Neal Watson, 92, passed away from this life on October 3, 2013 in Carson City, NV. She was born on August 12, 1921 in Van Buren, Arkansas to Ethel (Bolling) Neal and Carl Neal. Grace had formerly resided in Apple Valley and Victorville, CA and moved to Carson City in 2008.
She was a secretary for the George AFB elementary school and was one of the original employees of Victor Valley College from which she retired as an administrative secretary.
Grace enjoyed playing and teaching the piano. She enjoyed traveling and visited Europe, Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand and many places in the United States and Canada.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Watson Jr.
Her survivors are her son, Charles F. Watson; daughter-in-law, Patricia Watson of Carson City; granddaughter, Michelle Grippo; great granddaughter, Gabi Grippo and great grandson, Jack Grippo.
Services will be held at Walton’s Chapel of the Valley Carson City, NV on Friday, October 11, 2013 at 2:00pm. Private burial will be at Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego, CA.
