Obituary: Marilyn Irene “Mim” Miller

Marilyn Irene “Mim” Miller, age 69 of Mesa, Arizona former resident of Carson City, Nevada passed away April 10, 2013. Mim loved the Mountains, spent countless hours climbing all over with the W.I.T.S girls, she loved crosswords, volunteering at NV Opera, and was known for her great sense of humor and quick wit.

Mim leaves behind daughters Blake, Buchanan-Munro of Portland, OR, and Dale Miller-Gordon, of Mesa AZ; two grandchildren, Brooke and Kael of Mesa, AZ. Mims daughters plan to bring her ashes home to Nevada to share with friends and family in saying goodbye. Her Daughter Dale said, “Though the time we were given with my mom was to short, we feel so overwhelmed with gratitude to have had this amazing woman as our mom, we smile knowing she is once again, healthy, beautiful, and climbing She’s with her parents, and most importantly she’s smiling again, that beautiful smile that was only hers, that smile that will be missed so much.”
