Dennis D. Flatt, 64, was born November 6, 1947 in Ada, OK and passed away May 9, 2012 in Moundhouse, NV, where he resided since 1991. He was a Navy Veteran of Vietnam and was a miner for 16 years. Dennis is survived by his mother, Wanda Peek of Stroud, OK; son, Denver Flatt of Cushing, OK; daughter, Andrea Thompson of Tulsa, OK; sister, Sharon Flatt of Stroud, OK; and 4 grandchildren.
