Have you heard about the United Nations Agenda 21?

The United Nations has adopted a "Soft Law" which they call Agenda 21. It is a plan to control the world, its population, and every single aspect of human life from where they live to what they eat. As a "Soft Law" Agenda is does not require formal ratification by the countries.

It is a comprehensive United Nations plan of action for the 21st Century to be implemented globally, nationally and locally... in every area in which humans impact the environment.

The 2,000-page, 40-chapter plan was created in 1992 at the UN Meeting in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and is promoted by the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives under the buzz words "Sustainable Development." It was executed on behalf of the U.S. by George H. W. Bush, and in January of 2011 Obama issued an Executive Order under the guise of Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review to further implement Agenda 21.

Agenda 21 promotes taxes on energy, elimination of private property, equal rights for all things - living and not living: humans, animals, plants, rocks and rivers. It also mandates setting aside 50 percent of America as inaccessible "wildlands."

It implements government control of family size, where can you live, redistribution of wealth, price controls, control of business, control of fishery and every act of farming, harvest along with regulation of the amounts of goods and services you are allowed to buy, use and consume.

Agenda 21 claims it is necessary to reduce world population from the current 6 billion to 500 million but It fails to say how that will be done.

Buzz words to watch for are Master Plan, Smart Meters, Form Based Zoning, Radio Frequency Identification Tags, Fast Forward, Stakeholder, Public/Private Partnerships, Non-Governmental Organizations, Sustainable, etc.

As technology like Smart Meters creep into our everyday life, the addition of RFID chips in our homes, heating systems, air conditioning, appliances, garbage cans and cars our consumption and usage is transmitted by the Smart Meters which becomes a tool to control same. Basing taxes on miles driven vs. gallons purchased is a prime example.

Harvey Rufin, vice chairman of the Wildlands Project stated "Social injustice includes the existence of private property, farming, logging, dams and reservoirs, power line construction, roads, and plowed lands so that Individual rights will have to take a back seat to the collective." Sounds like a one world Communistic government?

Social equity is defined as the right and opportunity of all people of the world "to benefit equally from the resources afforded by society and the environment." Simply put, worldwide equal redistribution of wealth. Private property is a social injustice since not everyone can build wealth from it so it should be abolished. National, state and local sovereignty is a social injustice. The taking of all private property and individual rights is all part of the Agenda 21 policy.

Many of its provisions are already being implemented in the recent Association of Bay Area Governments and Metropolitan Transportation Commission plans for the San Francisco area using a $277 billion grant of tax dollars.

Our only choice is to stop it before its components quietly sneak into our life using the convincing buzz words. As other states, counties and cities have done - each state, city and county governmental body must formally reject its provisions and ICELI's efforts to install the Agenda 21 now before it is too late.
