A power line problem along Muller Lane about a mile from Highway 395 may be responsible for a short outage in Genoa.
Firefighters are at the scene of a small brush fire. The fire was reported within minutes of a power outage at 1:05 p.m.
Firefighters from Minden, Genoa and Gardnerville responded to the incident. They requested response from an NV Energy crew.
