County commissioners greenlighted a plan to combine the East Valley and Sunrise Estates-Fairgrounds water systems on Thursday. Plenty of the Sunrise Estates folks were out to talk about their side. The plan is scheduled to come back in December for approval.
This morning I'm headed to Carson City to watch some educational TV, namely the State Board of Education talking about SpringBoard down in Las Vegas. We'll see if Douglas will get the OK to go forward with the curriculum.
It's supposed to be foggy this morning before 9 a.m. under mostly sunny skies. It looks like we'll have a decent weekend with sunny skies and days in the upper 70s before the rain returns on Monday.
