Ex-con accused of marijuana sales

A 22-year-old Gardnerville Ranchos man who went to prison for cocaine trafficking was arrested Thursday charged with the sales of marijuana.

Antonio Bagala was taken into custody without incident at his Gardnerville Ranchos home by officers of the Douglas County Sheriff's Office Street Enforcement Team.

Investigators reportedly purchased 24.6 grams of marijuana from Bagala in the course of their investigation into drug sales.

He was booked in Douglas County Jail in Minden for sales of a controlled substance. His bail in $20,000.

Bagala was arrested in 2007 for sales of marijuana. At the time he was on probation for trafficking in a controlled substance.

He was convicted of sales of a controlled substance and sentenced to three years in Nevada State Prison.
