An open letter to Harry Reid

We, as Americans, made choices in 2006 and 2008. As a result, we have seen the biggest expansion of the federal government in our history. You, Sen. Reid, are supposed to represent us. Instead, I find that you are pursuing your own progressive agenda, with back-room deals, rule changes and special "deals" to get votes for your agenda.

In my opinion, we are experiencing a tyranny of the majority.

Your theme is increasingly "The End Justifies the Means", a principle straight out of Marxism and Alinksy's "Rules for Radicals."

Those rules are being used extensively in the ads approved by you, demonizing your opponent.

You are attempting to create fear of Sharron Angle by personal attacks and taking sound-bytes out of context. She never said that insurance should not be available to cover mammograms, only that it should be determined by consumer choice, not government fiat.

I have written three letters to you and I never received even one acknowledgment of them.

I have personally talked to Sharron Angle several times. I found her to be intelligent, considerate, and willing to consider differing views.

She believes in free-market solutions that give us back our freedom to choose.

You intend to pass more radical laws, killing the recovery and killing fair NLRB union elections.

Sorry Harry, My choice is someone who listens and looks for better solutions, not more of the same.
