Relax and energize with tai chi

It may sound like a contradiction, but students and practitioners of tai chi typically report feeling calm and energized at the same time, after doing tai chi.

In this relaxed state, one's energy flows as nature intended, in a smooth, unbroken flow, which is highly beneficial to mind and body.

Benefits include enhanced cardiovascular and respiratory function, enhanced immune response, lower blood pressure, decreased anxiety and depression, reduced pain levels, improved quality of sleep, and overall improved quality of life and emotional well-being.
