Low wage doesn't mean ignorant

EDITOR:

Regarding Ms. Jeanne Larson's letter (June 23, 2010) I can only say "How dare you."

Have you read any paper, watched any news? As a fellow Democrat I'm embarrassed to be in the same party as you.

Douglas County is No. 4 in the state for unemployment. Nevada No. 1 in the nation.

You are labeling hard-working people in low-wage jobs as ignorant.

You were fortunate enough to attend two years in a community college. Good for you.

But to insult people doing what they need to do just to keep up is just disgusting.

Miss Bliss (as ignorance is) take a look in the mirror. You just might realize who's the ignorant one.
