A Minden woman who posed as a doctor or nurse to phone in prescriptions for thousands of pills faces sentencing this morning in Douglas County District Court. It will be up to Judge Dave Gamble to determine whether the crime is a felony or gross misdemeanor this morning. If he decides it's a felony, she faces up to four years in prison.
