Good job, DMV

My husband and I had problems when we first moved to Gardnerville (approximately 20 years ago), as our Classic Car Insurance Co. was not aware of proof of insurance requirements of the state. It did not take them long to get that problem corrected, and since then we have had no problems with DMV vehicle re-registration. Recently we both renewed our registrations for our 1939 and 1953 Mercury's - a photocopy of insurance along with form and check to the office in the Old Court House at the end of Esmeralda, and within four days we received our new sticker and form.
