The Carson Valley Art Association meets, 1:30-3:30 p.m. today, at the University of Nevada Cooperative Extension Office, 1329 Waterloo Lane, Gardnerville. Parking is across the street at Lampe Park. Soroptimist International of Carson Valley hosts the Savor the Flavor wine tasting fundraiser, Saturday, at Genoa Lakes Golf Resort. The Tahoe/Douglas Elks No. 2670 crab feed is March 5 at the CVIC Hall in Minden. Social hour at 5:30 p.m., dinner at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $40 for all you can eat fresh Dungeness crab, cole slaw, and garlic bread.
