A former Stateline resident who was convicted of failing to register as a sex offender is in Douglas County Jail awaiting a Jan. 4 probation violation hearing.
Andrew Warner, 71, received a suspended 12-34-month prison sentence in October. Warner was arrested on Tuesday.
