Embargo a plot

EDITOR:

Obama chose to impose a sixth-month embargo on drilling in the Gulf after the oil spill in contradiction to the advice of the experts he chose (documented). The embargo, which failed in court when it was challenged (documented), has ended.

Now he has forbidden our exploration and drilling in the Gulf for seven years by executive order. Currently Gulf oil is available for exploration and drilling to every nation on the planet except the United States. No one is stupid enough to make a mistake of that magnitude.

The decision was deliberate and illustrative of his ongoing policy to strangle our energy resources. Consider Obama's hubris. He presumes that the "unwashed" won't notice or react to this patently anti-American act.
