Kite is speaker at Central Committee meeting

Assembly District 39 candidate Kelly Kite is the speaker at the Douglas County Republican Central Committee's Sept. 9 meeting.

The meeting is at St. Gall Catholic Church, 1343 Centerville Lane, Gardnerville beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Kite's political experience includes 12 years as a Douglas county commissioner; three years as chairman.

The executive board members will meet 5 p.m. at headquarters, located at 1516 Highway 395, Suite G, Gardnerville. Headquarters is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from noon until 4 p.m. or call 782-4GOP. Volunteers are being sought for the upcoming elections.
