Four scheduled to enter pleas today in fatal Father's Day beating

Four men implicated in the Father's Day beating that led to the death of Terrence "Joe" Howell are scheduled to be arraigned in Douglas County District Court this morning before Judge Dave Gamble.

Anthony Gomez, 30; Jason Waugh, 28; Jimmy Holman, 15, and Alexandrew Vail, 15 - waived their preliminary hearings on Aug. 28 in East Fork Justice Court.

All four have entered agreements with prosecutors, and are scheduled to enter guilty pleas today to manslaughter charges.
