The University of Nevada swimming & diving team will travel to Davis, Calif. on Friday for a 2:00 p.m. dual with UC Davis then continue on to Stockton, Calif. to compete on day two of the Pacific Invitational Saturday.
The Wolf Pack defeated UCD 127.5 to 108.5 at the WAC Shootout last weekend in San Jose, Calif. but the Aggies did not bring their divers to the meet and they will compete on Friday. Saturday the Pack will compete against Pacific, BYU, Oregon State and Air Force at the Pacific Invitational
Nevada 2-4 At WAC Shootout: The Pack went 2-4 in two days of competition at the WAC Shootout hosted by San Jose State last weekend. Nevada went 1-2 each day of the two-day event. On Friday the Pack defeated Fresno State 154-88 but suffered setbacks to San Jose State 167-75 and Boise State 161-81. Saturday Nevada outscored UC Davis 127.50-108.50 but lost 181-61 to Hawai`i and 164-76 to New Mexico State 164-76.
