A jackknifed truck has been cleared from Highway 50 near the Carson-Douglas line on Highway 50 near Spooner Summit.
Delays of up to 10 minutes were reported by the Nevada Department of Transportation while the accident was being cleared.
NHP is showing the accident occurred at 6:52 a.m. at the first Douglas mile marker.
Chains or snow tires are required over both Spooner and Daggett summits in Douglas County. Passes to California all have controls.
Douglas County Sheriff's deputies on scene are reporting a possible second accident on Spooner Summit.
