EDITOR:
I don't get the point of Steve Lang's letter regarding Cindy Trigg's candidacy. He seems more concerned with William Trigg and his current financial difficulties. Supposing the details as outlined in the letter (and thank you so much for the publication details) are correct, who cares?
Since these are a matter of public record, it's not like it's a big secret. Given the number of Americans who find themselves in much the same situation, I don't view it as unique, alarming or particularly newsworthy.
If Mr. Lang thinks of himself as an "inquiring mind," I have a long list of issues he might focus his attention on. I'd be happy to share the list with him.
